Has anyone who has had Obstructive Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and tinnitus and had the Eustachian tuboplasty (balloon dilation) procedure to unblock their Eustachian tubes have their tinnitus worsen after the procedure or improve?

I am considering Eustachian tuboplasty to unblock my Eustachian tubes as I have ear pressure and have not been able to perform the valsalva manoeuvre to unblock my ears as it results in making the pressure in my ears worse but am concerned if this will worsen my tinnitus. I plan to speak to my ENT prior to getting the procedure done but feel like he may not know. The other option would be to have ear tubes.

I have been running my Jellyfin server on an M4 Mac Mini for nearly a year now and using an SMB share on my QNAP Celeron NAS for the media library and was tempted by the idea of upgrading my TS-264 NAS to the F4-424 Max and running Jellyfin server off the F4-424 Max since it has an i5 CPU with XE graphics (I think).

This way I wouldn’t need to have 2 devices running 24x7. My question is, does Jellyfin server run stably on TOS 6? It has been rock solid running on my M4 Mac Mini even for remote streaming. I only have a single remote user so my 50mbps upload internet connection should be adequate as the user has not complained of any buffering in the past year.
