I have an old bike. Last week I had the LBS replace the freewheel with a new shimano, new derailleur Tourney and a new chain. After a few rides I have noticed that the gears shift up smoothly, but down shift is going bad. From 5 to 4 , the chain is still on the 5 th cog or 4 to 3 the chain is stuck on the 4 th cog. It does move to the right cog after a few pedals but with a sharp clicking sound. I will be taking it back to the shop in the next few weeks. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem. It’s a 7 speed bike which I use for leisure rides every day.

Has anyone recently visited this park. I would like to know if the park restaurant is still open and what kind of food is available.

I have a 3X8 gearing system. The front chainrings are 48/38/28. I would like to know the optimal gear combination for 6/8 degree gradient with a load of 10 kg and bike 17 kg.

I have a 26X1.85 in the front and a 2.01 in the back. Today I went to get a tube for my front tyre at my LBS and he gave me a tube 1.95 to 2.25. He said it will work on a range of tyres even on 1.85. Is he correct?
