I ordered the Maxis with the ventilation and stool the minute the chairs went for preorder. They said delivery was scheduled for early August. I go look on the website and as of Aug 1st it says I can order a chair and receive it in 5 to 8 days.
So I ask, has anyone that pre-ordered their Maxis actually revived their chair?
Support email keeps saying it’s shipping but those dates have come and gone and now for the past week I am “on the Priority Shipping list”.
What’s wrong with their shipping and or customer support
