Does anyone know what water levels are like on the Tim river between Tim Lake and Rosebary lake?

I have been considering a trip to La Verendrye before end of the season and had a couple questions.

Right now I am considering circuit 77. Does anyone have any opinions on that circuit? or suggestions for others (or combination) I should consider? Looking for about a week and would want to spend as little time on lakes with powerboats as possible.

I was also wondering about the access points. Does Baie Barker require 4 wheel drive? And are there any alternate access points for 77? It is the one listed in their description, but from the map and some trip reports it looks like there might be others (possible out of date info though).

There are consultations on a new transportation plan going on in my Municipality. It is mostly very positive, but I do feel the car lane widths are still a little wide. Does anyone have examples of good sources on the topic? I would like to try and have my comments be a little more informed than "please make narrower". Either guidelines from cities that are particularity good or guidelines form a organization that is good on the topic.

I was wondering, does anyone know if there is anywhere in town that has a dish similar to the Siam Delight that Royal Angkor had on their menu? We would get the Tofu version and it was a favourite that is sorely missed.
