will order be cancelled?
hi, my mum ordered herself a new phone as a new customer with ee (i live at the same address and have multiple things with them, don’t know if that will affect anything)
they’ve sent her a confirmation email, and can’t track her order yet. is there still a chance they will cancel it? her credit score is low, but mine is also very poor and they let me get an ipad air m4 and iphone 17 pro max on finance with them.
she’s in desperate need of a new phone, so just wondering if anyone had any definitive answers.
