Ok so standard for an air conditioner or a heater is 30 days with a receipt. Had a lady come in and she had bought it in June. Told her there a thirty day return policy and it was on her receipt. She comes back later and flashes her phone where she had done an online initiated return and it allowed her to do it! I paged my manager and let him handle it.

Question is why do they want us to follow policy but yet the stupid add app lets them do whatever they want to!! Hated seeing the smug look on her face!

Ok so I offered up a shift and somebody took it so it took it off my schedule. But when I tried to submit PTO for that day my coach rejected it! How can I submit it without it being rejected since it’s technically an off day?

I get so tired of constantly being asked to do it. So when I did it I just clicked neither disagree or agree on everything!

My state starts the no soda or candy with EBT next month and just wondering how other states are dealing with this. I have had my butt chewed if they have to pay a dollar for a 300 dollar grocery order! I can imagine how it’s gonna be when they can’t get their cases of soda and energy drinks!

Getting rid of the express orders and just having the drivers pick up curbside would solve soooo many problems. Would cut down on a lot of stealing.
