10/10 customer service from Vinko. I was choosing between him and Funny — Funny initially seemed cheaper and was very fast to respond, but once you add insurance etc the pricing actually worked out very similar. After searching Reddit for weeks, Vinko consistently had better reviews for true 1:1 copies and especially for the sparkle/quality of the diamonds, which is ultimately why I chose him.
I’m in Sydney, Australia and most of the reviews I found were from people in America, so I was EXTREMELY nervous as a first-time buyer. I also had absolutely no idea what I was doing with Wise payments. I actually attempted to pay the day before during a holiday in China while waiting for Vinko to reply, and started speaking with Funny instead. She was responsive, but seemed a little less patient with me trying to figure out the transfer process. By coincidence, Vinko replied around the same time and instantly made me feel more comfortable.
Funny quoted me $5307 USD for size 17.
Vinko quoted $5190 USD.
What stood out to me was how detailed and patient Vinko was. He provided different payment options & walked me through the payment transfer process.
He asked for multiple photos of me measuring my wrist, explained the diamond specs, the expected weight of the bangle, and then actually recommended I go with a custom size 17.5 based on my measurements. SO glad I listened because it fits perfectly.
I genuinely do not care that auth doesn’t come in this exact size because after receiving this masterpiece, I personally could never justify paying auth prices now.
Final price for size 17.5 with 4 lab diamonds was $5360 USD. 30% deposit upfront, remaining balance once complete. I also opted for VIP insurance because I was honestly terrified being a first timer, so I paid the extra 5% for peace of mind.
Timeline:
Feb 27: Paid deposit
March 4: Deposit confirmed received
He confirmed I wanted the 1-lock version and sent my job number
April 7: I reached out because the war in Iran had escalated and I hadn’t heard anything
Turns out the bracelet had actually been ready since March 19! He even showed me screenshots proving he had messaged me. The issue was I got a new phone on March 17 and somehow my WeChat didn’t restore properly, so I never received his messages. Totally my fault. I apologised, he resent the PSPs immediately, I approved them and paid the remaining balance.
The bracelet shipped the very next day and arrived to Australia via FedEx FIVE days later in perfect condition.
Honestly… absolutely gorgeous!! I’m obsessed. The craftsmanship, sparkle, fit, everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll be making all my future purchases through him now.
