Has anyone else had this issue? Avianca charged me the full price for my flight and bags. I have never received a ticket or confirmation via email. Their support keeps asking for a booking code which I don't have. All of their customer service is automated so nobody can actually help me. They have basically stolen my money and not provided me with the flight. Now my flight is in a week and the cost is ridiculously high, nobody will get back to me at all....
