23% to 4% in 5 minutes (Safe Mode)

I had posted a couple of months ago, about car going to safe mode, then post a shutdown for 15 minutes, the warning went off. (ODO 7800)

I took it to service centre, and the SA confirmed that all was okay. (ODO 8000).

Today (ODO 8170) it was again in safe mode and I just wanted to get it from the elevated road (which is roughly 5km), car couldn’t handle that. And it went rapidly from 23 to 4%.

Now just booked RSA, and almost took a couple of hours, but the service experience with Mahindra is good, but really EV comes with its own quirks.

Car going in safe mode? Any solution?

I was on a long road trip and it went to safe mode and I wanted to know if theres something that anyone here has faced? And if yes, how did you fix it?

Update: It went away. Had to turn the car off for 15 minutes. I earlier tried with 10 mins but it didn’t, so it should be over 15 mins. And kudos to Mahindra’s RSA. Can’t praise both their charging network and service enough.

It was my first 180kw charging experience. Got full throughput and within 30 minutes SOC 10% to 88% @ INR 16/unit. (Yes most of their other chargers have a tariff of 20, but this one at Big Bay bangalore charged INR 16. Tried another one at kapoor cafe too, both were functional.

I had a minor issue (due to my own mistake and i registered a request on the chargein app, got a call within 5 minutes).

Its the fastest throughput i got on any charger that ive used so far, at 25-40 percent loss cost.
