It’s been roughly 24 hours, and I’m still unable to use it. Has anyone else experienced this recently? How long did it take for the error to resolve, and is there anything I can do on my end?

I want to share my experience and ask for advice.
Today I received a call from someone claiming to be an IAS officer/police officer. They accused me of watching illegal videos and said there was a case against me. They told me that if I wanted my "data removed," I should contact another person.
When I contacted that person, he claimed he could see my email and phone number and threatened that he would send my information to my family members if I did not pay ₹11,000.
They also did a video call where the person was wearing a police uniform, but I am not sure if they were actually police officers.
I did not pay any money. And cut the call immediately.
Has anyone else experienced this type of scam? What else should I do to protect myself?

I'm a Kiro Pro+ user, and I'm getting this error when using Kiro IDE Chat:
Too many requests, please wait before trying again.

This happens when I try to use the AI chat feature. I've already tried waiting, restarting Kiro, and reopening the project, but the issue is still occurring.
Has anyone else faced this recently? Is this due to a rate limit, service outage, or an account limitation?

I was approved for the Kiro Startup Credits program and can see the credits in my AWS Billing console:
However, when I log into Kiro and the Kiro IDE, it is still showing Kiro Free.
I haven't found a way to claim or activate the startup credits inside Kiro.
How can I redeem credits?
