Anyone else experiencing app issues? I can't log my breakfast this morning via picture or chat as the product didn't have a barcode and my Pixel Watch 4 is having issues syncing as well.

Does anyone actually receive these from Google Health? I have a Pixel 7 Pro paired with a Pixel Watch 4 and I have everything enabled including system settings yet I don't receive the notification.
