Dear Indian girls , a very annoying thing has been bothering me and i would love to hear what you guys do

When i go to the toilet and use the jetspray ,the coochie remains wet ofc and i HATE that feeling. Also not hygienic ofc. I am using toilet paper for drying off but it obviously isn't good for the environment. I am looking for alternatives and how y'all deal with it in public toilets (at work ,travel) where toilet paper isn't available ?
