Terrible start so far, does their service get better?

Hi all! I started my journey last week and was approved, super excited to get started. My Wegovy was due today/tomorrow, but I’ve now found out that there was a problem their side with their payment system…I had to contact them to find this out after seeing no tracking update. Also bearing in mind I have cancelled my office days today and Tuesday to stay in to receive the package.

I then get an update from their online customer service (are they AI?!) that my new delivery date is 21-22nd, right while I’m away on a short break…I then spot my delivery date on my profile is now actually 25-26th…

Rang them up, they told me they can’t organise priority delivery or offer any compensation, because I paid a discounted promotional price. I now have to wait to receive an email, then not respond to that email until this Saturday to ask them to dispatch my order for when I’m back from my trip.

Is it always this hard?! I am probably going to switch providers after my first delivery, it’s just been a really frustrating and confusing experience so far.
