Guidewire Practice Exam Resources

Hi there, I have my Palisades InsuranceSuite Developer exam in two weeks, and I was wondering if anyone had any insight into what resources you can find online are good for studying (based on past exams or good questions regardless)? I’ve heard Udemy is good, could anyone confirm?

Thanks!

Worried about building selling, what are my rights?

In May my partner and I moved to BC from out of province and our place is great rent-wise for our location. But, given the age of my landlord, I'm assuming he might retire from his business (which operates below us) sooner than later, and potentially want to sell the building. Just down the street, there's an application to put in a 4 story with 20 apartments, and I assume there's probably heaps of developers eager to do the same on this lot (2 apartments).

I figure it's an inevitability, but when the time comes, what is the usual amount of time given to find a new place? Can a landlord end a lease in the middle of it in the case of a sale?

Editing texts for proof of relationship

I'm currently going through the long long text history between my partner and I to gather evidence of our relationship, and I'm wondering if it's preferred that we simply screenshot or copy-paste entire conversations, or is it okay to cut out certain unrelated things to keep the context of a given conversation clear and concise?

For example, I want to add the conversation between the two of us where we first talked about seeing one another seriously, but half-way through that there's a bunch of unrelated tangents because that's just how we talk. Does "abridging" conversations make it seem less credible or anything?

Getting more outlets in my apartment kitchen

Something I overlooked when renting my current place (we just moved in) was that there's only one outlet in the kitchen. The fridge obviously gets one of the plugs, but because the plug isn't near the countertops I have nowhere to plug in any of our other kitchen appliances (Toaster, blender, air fryer, etc).

I understand you generally shouldn't plug an appliance into an extension cord or power bar, but is it okay if it doesn't exceed the wattage on the bar and we only use one appliance at a time? Or are there power bars/extension cords I can get to get some more outlets near my countertops?
