How cooked am I? 2022 rear diff pinhole leak
Purchased this 2022 GX with 55k miles last October. Clearly in the rust belt. Leaks about a drip or two every hour. How can I fix this?

Looking for some advice.
I have a 2022 Lexus GX 460 with about 55,000 miles. Last week I noticed a small rear differential leak, with fluid dripping from the drain plug area.
Based on what I found, I replaced both rear differential plugs and the crush washers, and refilled the differential with fresh gear oil. I cleaned the differential breather last night after finding it appeared to be partially clogged. The leak seems better than before, but I’m still getting a very slow drip after driving.
If this were your vehicle, what would you check next? Would you suspect:
The drain/fill plug sealing surface
A defective or incorrect crush washer
The breather still not venting properly
A pinion or axle seal that’s allowing fluid to run down and look like it’s coming from the drain plug
Something else?
Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated.
