Just got my S24 today 🙌

So, i had my s21 from release and about 2 days ago I ended up dropping it... twice... once into a toilet ( rip ).

I've managed to get my data off of it, but it's not really usable anymore ( not becuase of age or software slowdown etc, just that battery puffed up swapping a very cheap replacement screen onto the s21 so I could get my data. and the camera island doesn't seal properly hence why the water was such a big deal ) and to be honest, I've been wanting a bit of an upgrade ( not why I dropped it i swear lol )

I traded some stuff in, and put it towards my new S24! So far I'm loving it, the flat edges are a little weird coming from the bevelled edge of the s21. But it's nice. And it's in great condition, it was grade B so I was expecting a bit of damage and the only thing I've found so far ( and after a really good look in store ) was a tiny bit ( less than 1mm² ) of paint / coating missing on the side

I ended up paying just £90 ( $120 ) when trading in my Nintendo switch and some old games so I'm really happy rn

I've just ordered myself a spigen armoured case for it as I had one back in the day on my HTC M9 and that thing is STILL in great condition to this day ( despite being my phone from release all through high-school and then some 👴 ) And upon searching, the spigen cases are still highly rated even for the s24, I only wish we got the mag safe equivalent version on the base s24 instead of it being exclusive to the s24 ultra

But yeah... Happy to be part of the s24 community!

pls help me get back into my phone

so, the short explanations. i dropped my phone, then also dropped my phone in the toilet the same day... I turned it off and dried it out. i had previously had to re-glue the back on the device and water managed to get in around the cameras. so like i said, i tore it down and dried everything best i could, and used isopropyl to clean up some bits of corrosion that was already there prior to the water im guessing. now im trying to get my info etc off the device, ive tried connecting it to my PC however like I've said in my other post. my phone is bugged and wont let me file transfer etc to my pc. now the screen doesnt work and im trying to connect mouse and keyboard with HDMI to my tv to login that way... i can see my screen on the tv, but the keyboard doesnt do anything and the mouse turns on then immediately turns off... looking at the notifications on screen the phone says its charging only and tap for more options, and it also asks me to swipe and enter my pin. but as i said, i cannot as the screen doesnt work and neither do peripherals. i tried to remote unlock the device via Samsung smart things. but i cannot see the code or what the code is on the text message either as its blocked until i login. is there ANYTHING else i can try? ive tried blindly entering my pin on the keyboard with no hdmi and that also doesnt work. nor does just plugging in the mouse and clicking to even see the pin screen,

any and all help much appreciated
