Question for everyone, I have an 87 S w/ abs that I just replaced the rubber brake hoses all around, rebuilt all the calipers, put new pads and rotors on and fitted a new master cylinder. I’ve been using a power bleeder and a friends help to bleed the brakes and have no air coming out and yet the brake still feel spongy. Does air get trapped in the abs system? Is there a way to bleed the abs unit? I’m at my wits end.

Question for the brain trust, has anyone rebuilt their manual steering rack using mk1 VW RHD steering rack internals? Looking to rebuild one I’ve acquired at a good price.

I know I can but the kit from Martin in Colorado but that is my last resort.
