Hi all,

Currently in my final years as an undergraduate and considered teaching as a career. This new proposed agreement has encouraged me even more to consider and eventually go through with it. I understand where the 'no' voters are coming from what I just don't think its worth it right now with the election and staff shortages. This new agreement may surge the demand for teaching and increase the standards.

Bit of a waffle.
