Heavy duty harness that does *not* have a strap over the shoulder?

Heavy duty harness that does *not* have a strap over the shoulder?

NSFW because the picture could be upsetting! The pic is several months old but it's impossible to capture his current scar now that all of his black fur has grown over it.

My boy here had surgery on his shoulder months ago to remove a cancerous mast cell tumor. He is cancer free now and almost completely recovered! But the scar is still sensitive and the skin there is thin. He's been cleared to get back into his regular exercise routine but I've had a hell of a time finding a harness that both avoids his scar site *and* is heavy duty enough to not break if he pulls (he's a good boy and *usually* doesn't pull, but he's also 95 lbs and sometimes gets too excited).

I hate to run him in a collar because he's had trachea damage in the past before we adopted him but I have been trying for weeks to find a suitable alternative. Anyone have something you could recommend?

Dog has developed flaky skin along the edges of a shaved area, what is it and how to treat?

My dog (neutered male, 7-8? years, black lab mix) had surgery to remove a MCT from his front right shoulder 4wks ago and, obviously, had quite a bit of fur shaved.

Healing is going great but within the last week or two he has developed white/yellow flaking on his skin but *only* along the very perimeter of the shaved patch. It looks remarkably like human psoriasis but does not match images of canine psoriasis. It does not seem to itch or hurt and it is not red or inflamed. He had flaky skin all over when we adopted him but he was also a malnourished stray and it went away as he started eating well and getting baths. He has no food sensitivities. We haven't been giving him full baths during his recovery but have been keeping him clean with partial baths and wipe-downs with water. He wears a shirt 24/7 to keep the area clean and protected from the sun.

The vet has said it is likely irritation from regrowth. I am unsure if there's anything I can or should do to treat this area, and I'm still very confused why it's purely focused on the perimeter of his shaved patch.

Sorry for the block of text! I'm just so bamboozled by this! If I can add pictures I will but just picture healthy naked skin and healthy furry skin with a line of dog crust where they meet!
