so I’m from Southern California and have lived here my whole life. I’ve visited places with snowy/cold weather but I’ve never been to Boulder in the winter. I would love some ideas of what outerwear/layers are recommended and also what shoes, especially in terms of practical everyday campus wear. I’m open to different price ranges :)
i got assigned a single, community bath, in smith hall, which is very exciting for me. however, a have a few questions so that I can start on my shopping list. forgive me if some of these are stupid questions or if formatting is weird, I’m on mobile
does a single room in smith hall come with a microwave and mini fridge?
what is the room layout, or approximate floor space/size? I looked for photos but didn’t find many
does it come with a desk hutch?
does it come with a chair for the desk?
will I need a good fan or heavy blankets, or is the temperature pretty well managed?
any advice for what to bring or what not to bring, what I should know in advance, that kind of thing.
