Looking for someone to take over my lease starting in June. Also, open to short term arrangements as well. I'm moving in with my GF and don't want to be paying rent to both places if I can avoid it.

Located in U District near Portage Bay Cafe.

Rent is $970/month plus utilities(~250/month). Open to short term arrangements. Deposit is $500 (less than what I paid).

I'll leave it furnished with a full-size bed, a chair, a Chromebook, and a window fan. Comes with Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspot already set up and paid for. Shared kitchen and coin laundry. Street parking.
