Feeling very discouraged

Hi everyone, I posted on here before about considering going back to working in accounting. Well, I really can’t bring myself to do that because it wasn’t making me happy and I don’t wanna give up on being an esthetician yet. However, it has been so hard to find a job. I had to leave my previous medspa job because of so many problems with management. I was supposed to have an interview with Orange twist today, but they literally canceled it 15 minutes before saying that the role was on pause. I’ve had like five other places either cancel the interview last minute or ghost me. I don’t know if this is just common in this industry, but I’m getting so fed up. I’m really thinking about just finding a part-time job and trying to open up my own business on the side, but I know that comes with its own struggles as well. I’m trying to stay hopeful and not give up but it’s really hard when these opportunities keep on not working out. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this.

Can’t sleep past 5:30

i’ve struggled with different sleep issues throughout my life. they’ve manifested in different ways, but right now i can’t sleep in past 5:30 am no matter how late i fall asleep. i usually try to go to bed early, but sometimes i struggle to fall asleep or have things going on where i don’t go to bed until later. and also, when i do wake up early, i’m still tired but just can’t fall back to sleep.

i’m a 25 F and live a pretty healthy lifestyle. i’m active and eat healthy for the most part. i’ve tried so many supplements and lifestyle changes and nothing seems to help. i went to my doctor and she prescribed me hydroxyzine. at first it was helping me fall asleep fast and sleep in until 6 or 6:30. but i think ive built up a tolerance because its not really doing anything now. i tried trazodone for one night and had a really bad experience. i do think i took too much (50 mg). it made me dizzy and i didn’t sleep well at all. i thought about trying it again at a lower dose. but i’m not sure if it will work because it made me sleepy and sedated but i didn’t actually sleep that much. my doctor doesn’t want to prescribe me any other medications. i also would prefer not to be on medication, but if it means sleeping well then i think it’s worth it. it’s just weird because I didn’t really have this problem a year ago. I can’t sleep in a crazy amount, but I could at least sleep until 7 or 8 if i went to bed a bit later. if anyone has any tips or advice, i would greatly appreciate it. i’ll put a list of everything I have tried. the only thing i think that may help me is going to a psychologist and getting CBT-I but i’m not sure how much that would help

magnesium glycinate
l-theanine
glycine
phosphatidylserine
ashwaganda
melatonin (this does help me fall asleep)
unisom (this helped me fall asleep and i took it for a couple years but stopped because i was afraid of long term effects)
no caffeine after noon
white noise
sleeping mask and ear plugs
snack before bedtime
