Post or no

So I'm a few weeks away from living in my car to save up for a house. I'm a 23m and I have been debating on wether or not I should start a YouTube channel or even an insta channel videoing the life in a car while on the road(potentially illegal since no full license but again that piece is just a joke don't worry I'm definitely legal). I have been asked by some friends and coworkers to do it and even some family that are okay with me doing this but I'm not sure how I can keep it entertaining enough to keep posting either monthly or by weekly. Any advice? Maybe I could do one video doing my setup, another on the first week/month and then random ones on tips or tricks I pick up along the way with how much I've saved with the two broke girls ending from each episode seeing the money go up or down😅

Smell

Hey so I'm 23m soon to live in my car full time to save for a house. I'll be going to the gym to shower but one thing that's making me wonder is how do you keep the car from smelling badly and sweat like i don't want those car fresheners because of the chemicals so what do you do? I will be getting wind deflectors to keep the windows cracked as much as possible tbh. Also the car is a skoda yeti

Should I feel excited at all?

So I've posted a bit about getting a car to move into it and I've seen some people post the same but due to bad situations. I know living in the car will be tough and difficult. Making friends in a different county while being in a car will be difficult mainly since I won't be able to drink socially in case of guards/police. Going to the bathroom, cooking, having privacy in general won't be easy at all especially not having the security that a house, apartment provides will be a major risk in itself. Yet I can't seem to not be excited about it. I'm excited about the freedom, the loor that comes with it when it's finished, the views at night that very few people ever see, the morning fresh air I'm forced to breathe in that people in the city couldn't understand, waking up each day with a new view, being forced to go on morning walks potentially down a beach and seeing the sun rise, forced to go to the gym because my social confidence won't let me go to the gym to just shower I will have to workout first. Now I am speaking from a bit of experience because I did try this out in a different car to see what life would be like doing this and I am planning on doing this because rent in Ireland is way to high and I want to buy a derelict at some stage in my life and while I'm young I might as well start trying now. As I stated at the start there have been people posted about having been given the short straw and being forced to do the same and said how much they hated it so I'm wondering if I should feel bad for being excited or should I even be excited at all?

Bike/kayak

Hey everyone I think this is my third question so I do apologize but I have a good question😅. So I'm moving into my car soon to save up for a derelict in Ireland as I don't want to pay rent anymore. I will be getting a roof box but I still have enough space for either a kayak or a bicycle. I'm aware a bicycle would be more practical as I can cycle around towns and save money on fuel but I absolutely love kayaking because it's so peaceful and relaxing and I can go down rivers and out by the sea. Now here's the thing bikes are more practical but I don't enjoy bikes, kayaks are more fun but Irish water is freezing so it'll take me a long time to get used to cold water if I ever do. What would ye recommend.

Working while van living

Hey everyone so I'm 23m about to move into a car so I can save up for a derelict because I don't want to rent anymore. I'm considering going into hospitality in hotels so I have showers and food but I was considering a more online on the computer type job because it'll leave me more open to travel and find nicer spots to live rather than being dictated by where I find work. Does anyone have any advice on working on a computer (if it'll be better) or any companies that are good and usually hiring. I'm in Ireland btw.

Living in a car Ireland

I'm planning on purchasing a derelict but to do so asap is cut my costs down and put it into savings and my highest bill is rent so the plan is to move into one. I'm slowly collecting all the pieces to do so and my Corolla is not car camping worthy so I'll be aiming for a skoda yeti(I would do a van but due to my age being below 25 the cheapest insurance I can get on all the vehicles I tried is over 500 a month so no thanks). I'm deciding on Galway or cork and work in a hotel (they have showers and saves me on food) or try get an at home job on the computer and work from the car (let's me travel to wherever across Ireland so I can find the perfect places or just travel as much as I can and enjoy myself more). Has anyone done this and can give advice. Ps yes I'm stuck on a derelict because I know carpentry and general construction and they are so much cheaper then the crazy prices for a tiny house and if I can buy a derelict before I turn 26 then I doubt it'll take me 20 years to get it all done which realistically would be the age I would be if I aimed for a normal house.
