Hello! My wife and I are thinking of moving to John’s creek and have looked at a few homes in St Ives. One thing we noticed that seems off is the number of homes that have listed for sale in Southern Hill Dr. Is it just happenstance or is there a broader reason why this is happening?

Does anyone have recommend coworking spaces in the South Orange/ Maplewood/ Millburn area? Would like to be able to break the work from home cycle and find a place to work without having to schlep into the city to a Wework. I know there are a few in the area, but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. Thanks!
