
Please give me a couple of tips

Today, before taking this pre-workout supplement, I drank a liter of a sugary drink; as a result, I felt weak and had the shakes in my hands during the workout. I didn't get any energy boost, and the session was just terrible—I didn't even finish it. I read somewhere that fast-digesting carbs inhibit the effects of yohimbine; is that true? I take it once a week so my body doesn't build up a tolerance. Could you please give me some advice on nutrition? What’s the best way to take it to get the maximum effect?
