She is so lovely, realistic, honest with expected results and doesn't try and upsell you, which I've experienced elsewhere. I've had several areas done over the last 10 years, and each time I have full autonomy and open communication. Dr Heckenberg has a portfolio of work you can see at appointments to set your mind at ease . I have referred many of my friends here and will continue to do so!
