JJK Season 3 Over and Under Explaining Things

This is something I've noticed compared to the previous 2 seasons that I'm not sure if anyone else feels the same about. When it comes to rules, attacks and abilities there is so much explanation to the point of info dumping on the screen, yet narrative wise like for example the mini arc with Higuruma, his flashbacks move so quickly with everyone knowing what is going on without much explanation. I had to rewatch some scenes to pick up on things I missed as I didn't follow what was going on the first time. I'm not saying that every part of the story needs exposition, I just wish there was little more balance than the characters and narrator explaining every part of the fight while withholding parts of the story. I know people might feel completely different on this narrative choice, just wanted to see what others think.
