I can’t understand this subject

I’m in grade 11 physics and I can’t absorb anything, I’ve been working on this stupid class for more than I want to admit because nothing makes sense to me. I know formulas but I can’t apply them accurately. I’ve cried in class like five times. I’ve been doing practice questions for like a month now and nothing is sticking in my head. Please help me find a way to learn this shit
