Hey guys! I’m a 24 year old who had Crohn’s for 12 years. Before college I was on stelara which put me into remission, but I was stupid and stopped taking it when I started college. My new GI doctor put me on skyrizi since my calprotectin test came back as >800. Only issue is… it’s been about three weeks since my third loading dose and I just got another calprotectin test which came back as >800. Does this mean skyrizi isn’t working for me or does it just need more time? I know Skyrizi is very similar to stelara so I had high hopes. Hoping to get some opinions to know what to expect during my GI appointment next week.
