Hey all,

I’ve already decided to increase the thickness of the oil. I drive a B9 S5 Cabriolet. Lovely car. The main issue with these cars and the reason they’re not considered as bulletproof at the B58’s is the oil viscosity imo.

I’ve decided to upgrade to 5w-40 with liquimoly to essentially make this engine pretty darn reliable. I like liquimoly and mobil one, and i’ve decided to use liquimoly for my next oil change doing the free oil forever through fcp euro. I’ve come down to two choices: liquimoly molygen, and liquimoly high tech.

I’m not sure which to go with. Any suggestions? Experience with each oil? Benefits to one over another? I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts.
