Should I Pursue a Master's in Europe Now or Gain More Work Experience?

I'm 23 years old. I graduated in 2025 and started my full-time job as a software engineer a month ago. I'm really interested in cybersecurity and want to pursue a master's degree in Europe. However, I'm confused about whether I should resign from my current job and go for my master's now. If I wait a few more years, I'll be 25 or 26, and it feels a bit weird because most new students will probably be around 22 or 23. I'm also hoping to build my career and get a cybersecurity job in Europe, as cybersecurity salaries in India are generally much lower.

P.S. I have bug bounty experience and hold a reputable cybersecurity certification.

Confused About Salary Expectation After Startup Internship

Hi guys, I'm a little confused and would appreciate your advice.

I found and reported a few vulnerabilities to a one-year-old product-based startup, and they were impressed enough to offer me an internship. Since joining, I've fixed all the vulnerabilities I reported and also worked on developing features for the app, including both frontend and backend tasks.

I was also working alongside two other interns who barely had basic knowledge (one of them literally deleted a server file after trusting ChatGPT).

Now that my internship is about to end, I'm unsure what salary/package I should ask for. In the beginning, they mentioned they usually offer around 4 LPA, but honestly, that feels low considering the work and responsibilities I've handled.

What do you think would be a fair package in my situation?

I'm also planning to do the OSCP certification and later go for a master's degree in cybersecurity. Do you think that's a good path for 2026?
