How to fix this STUPID jittering

How do I get rid of this STUPID JITTERING THAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR YEARS!! 2 TO BE EXACT I couldn't complete multiple series because of this stupid glitch it was 10x worse before and I just wanna get rid of it COMPLETELY so please guys help!! dont worry about the stupid ANIMATION this OLD and just used as an example

Russian issues with roblox studio

Me and him made roblox games a ton but recently since the Russia ban and restrictions I've made new accounts they instantly get turned into Russian federation and he's tried every vpn and I mean nearly every if you have any free ones that aren't sketchy and aren't horrible then tell me but besides that I need new methods I really just wanna do stuff with him again..:(
