I've been looking at this Google Search Console data and wanted to get some opinions from experienced SEOs.

Current performance (last 3 months):

• 20.3K impressions
• 49 clicks
• 0.2% CTR
• Average position: 25.8

My first thought is that the rankings are the biggest issue since most keywords are sitting around page 3. But I'm wondering if there's something I'm overlooking.

If this were your site, what would be your first priority?

• Rewrite titles & meta descriptions?
• Improve rankings for keywords in positions 11–30?
• Refresh/expand content?
• Strengthen internal linking?
• Build backlinks?
• Something else entirely?

I'm curious what your first 30-day action plan would be and why. I'd love to hear how experienced SEOs would approach this before making any changes.

I’ve been trying to get my website featured in Google’s AI Overview and AI Mode, but no matter what I do, it never appears.

I’ve already worked on SEO, published helpful content, improved site speed, added schema, built backlinks, and made sure my pages are indexed in Google.

Still, my website isn’t being picked up by Google’s AI results.

I’m honestly confused about what I’m missing.
