She has been in hospital maybe twice ,but they are looking for last admission and discharge dates ?

I sent everything to back this claim and this is what they come back to me with 😞

My daughter last wk just received her diagnosis of ASD,with recommendations for her to be assessed for ADHD and dyslexia.

My question is is she entitled to domiciliary care allowance,I've been told the application will be refused.

Any help appreciated
