How is this society? Block F specifically. I am planning to buy a house here but need suggestions. Security wise, convenience, land value, condition during rain/urban flooding. Someone mentioned that it is not LDA approved, what impact would that have?

I am planning to buy a house. Ideally a plot or ready house, demands on what falls in my budget.
My range is actually 4.25 cr for plot + construction and under 4 cr for ready house.
Preferred locations: dha phase 4 KK, PH 3 Z block (old property), lake city meadows.
