So I started taking Effexor 4 years ago, started with 37.5 and increased eventually to 150mg. Used for 2 years and got off with my psych. Then I moved out of country this year and I’ve been anxious. Like pins and needles anxious. I saw an APRN and we decided to start Venlafaxine again. Started with 37.5mg. Taking at evening after dinner. Today is my 5th dose, haven’t taken yet. But I feel more anxious than days before. Like the first few days were okay, my symptoms decreased, I would say to 6/10. But today and last night was 7/10. Not bad as before the medication.

Is this normal?

Been watching Sean for 8-9 years and I felt like his taste is similar to mine like my second favorite book is Childhood’s End, my favorite game is SOMA, my favorite movie of Stanley Kubrick is 2001 A Space Odyssey and such. I know these are not his favs but anyhoo you get the point.

I was wondering if he has a public list of movies he watched or liked?

Hello kind strangers of Manchester,

I am an (f) international student here in Manch. My hair is getting long and losing its layers. I don’t want anything fancy or coloring. I just want a haircut. Preferably soft layers without cutting too much and a curtain bang that will last for a while since I don’t go to hair salons that much.

I’ve heard that hair salons are expensive in the US. So where would you recommend for a “budget” yet good salon? And like, just curtain bangs would suffice at this point if it’s too much.
