I keep making really bad egg free pancakes. Please share or link your favorite recipes. Dairy is ok! My 8 month old has an egg allergy and breakfasts are really boring.

Pictured here- roasted bell pepper with the skin removed and red lentil sweet potato curry. Lentil recipe from NYtimes, made pretty close to the way it’s written. Baby likes the big flavors!
