Students not rating?

Hi, I'm making this post because I'm curious if anyone else has been in this situation. I achieved the "gold star tutor" status for the past couple of weeks because I have fortunately been receiving good ratings. I've never gotten a strike and I work really hard to be a good tutor for my students, taking their feedback, making sure they got everything out of the session that they wanted, etc. I'm feeling a bit down because recently a lot of my students have just not been leaving me a rating at all. So many, in fact, that the automatic 4.5s have now dropped my rating below the 4.8 needed for gold star status.

I understand this probably sounds silly and petulant, but the gold-star status was helping me rack up promotion points sooooo much faster, and I feel it's a bit unfair to lose not even for bad ratings, but because students AREN'T leaving a rating at all.

Is it tacky to ask my students to rate me? I've never done this and I feel a bit weird about it for some reason

Most efficient way to do the feedback report?

I've been on Ringle for one month now and it is still taking me ages to complete the feedback reports. It's gotten to the point where I have a backlog of them to complete after finishing all my sessions for the day, every day, and I absolutely dread it. I know in theory we are supposed to be able to finish them in the 10-20 minutes in between sessions, but it seems impossible for me. I'm not sure what my problem is. I think I just feel a need to thoroughly explain every single change I made for every singe phrase. But now my students have come to expect that and they have thanked me for the good feedback I always give. Don't know what to do now or how to cut my time down!!!

My rating is lowering from a repeat student

I have a student who books with me at least 1-2 times every week. I think he enjoys my teaching because he keeps booking with me. But he always gives me a 4! I always ask him specifically what he wants out of the session and then focus exactly on that. It’s confusing because he gives me good feedback, but then gives me a 4. This is really hurting my rating since I teach him so often.
