Won't have a kitchen for 4 weeks - looking for freezable diabetes & pregnant friendly meal prep recommendations.

Hi there! Starting from my second trimester we are renovating the kitchen and there will be 4 weeks of no stove, oven, prep space or even kitchen sink, so looking to minimise meal prep, stress and takeaway by cooking bulk freezable lunches and dinners that taste good when defrosted and reheated. Aside from meal prepping refridgerated lunches I usually eat everything fresh so looking for some inspiration. We do have an airfryer and microwave for reheating.

Breakfast will probably be microwavable porridge or muesli with fruit. Devastated I will be missing out on eggs 🥲

Maybe some mummies have recommendations if you did any big meal prep before giving birth? This will be a good practice run for that haha.

Omnipod and insulin usage during pregnancy

For my female omnipod users out there, how did your usage needs change throughout pregnancy?

I have been reading that womens insulin needs can double or triple by the end of their pregnancy. I usually use 120-140 units over 3 days. With the pod max being 200 units, are women needing to change their pods more frequently? And do you need push forward your subscription payments to get more?

I am very early in my pregnancy, but have experienced the best levels of my life in the past 3 weeks - 90 to 100% in range most days and increased sensitivity. I fear this is the calm before the storm. 😅
