Does anybody recognise this cat/know if it has an owner? Spotted in the alley next to st Lawrence church. I'm worried she doesn't have a home because there's no collar, she's very skinny and covered in fleas but she seems too friendly to be a stray. I will try to take her to a vet to check for a chip if no one knows anything.
