As the title says, my ps5 keeps overheating. i clean it regularly, but it overheats and shuts itself off anyway if I play for more than 30min-1hour. Does anyone know anything about it? All help online just says it must be dirty, but it is not.

I have NEVER made a passkey before but now its saying i have to use one to sign in and if i don't have one i need to sign in USING THE PASSKEY THAT I HAVEN'T MADE so i can set up a new one (they have seemly reset my password to which i need my nonexistent passkey to setup). any help would be good.

PS: security question has also been change for some reason
