I’m so happy with my progress. It’s been done slowly and sustainably. In Jan 2025 I asked my husband if I should look into ozempic but I decided to go the traditional route of diet and exercise. There’s been challenges but overall it’s been incredibly rewarding. My jean size has gone from size 22 to size 10.
