It’s not my dream game or some “sold everything, living in a basement after a divorce while making a game” story lol. I just love burgers, wanted to learn pixel art, and here we are!
I don’t know, but I really don’t like the colors of the counter, the wooden board under the burger, or the wall. I tried a few alternatives, but nothing feels right yet. Any ideas are welcome.
I struggled a lot with colors while making the hamburger couldn’t figure out how to make them work together, so I ended up picking colors randomly.
How do you build a palette? I try to pay attention to things like saturation, but for example with cheese, I need high saturation to get that yellow. How do you balance all that?
