Sky stream kind of works

To cut a very long story short.
With my wife being in statuary maternity pay for the next few months and our needs changing, I wanted to cut costs when it came to renewing my contract. Finally spoke to a great guy on win back who gave me an incredible deal on sky stream. I mentioned that I wanted to keep UHD and was told
Sky stream is compatible and even without full fibre my speeds would support it.
Fast forward to me installing the puck and every few seconds the screen goes black.

I phone sky and speak with 3 departments all of whom have given me different stories and I’m wondering if anyone has enough experience to know what’s true.

The first team told me that UHD is only available if I have more than one sky stream in the house (despite maying the £3 upgrade)

Second team tell me that while their system does tell them that my internet would happily support stream, without full fibre (not in my area till the end of the year) that it would be a hit or a miss on whither uhd would work.

Last team their system tells me I should have no issues so all I can do is cancel my package and take out sky q again. But they have to cancel the deal I’m on before they can explore deals and if I decided it wasn’t for me, it’s unlikely he could give me as good as a deal as I’m on right now.

Currently I have it set to HD only and no issues.
Sky have escalated my case and I await a resolution.

Army Dilemma

I got back into warhammer 2 years ago and since then I may have gone a bit nuts.
My main army is Dark Angels

I may have also started
Tau
World Eaters
Emperors children
Space wolves

I now have a 7 month old son and have painted 11 models in that time. I feel like I should shrink my armies down, not only to clear some backlog but also free up some storage space (turns out there is a lot of stuff that comes with babies).

My issue I don’t know what I’d want to get rid off.
Tau - has to stay, my wife bought me a box for Christmas a couple of years ago, she might kill me if I sell them.
WE - half are painted and proud of how Angron came out.
EC - all built and primed, none painted.
SW - my best painted army and only a box of terminators not painted.

Photo for attention.

New car dilemma

I bought my current car in a hurry. Long story very short. Was told I would be getting a company car, didn’t and had to buys one quickly. I got a Ford kuga 2017 1.5 diesel automatic titanium. And for the most part it’s a great car. Done me really well. It has a couple of issues including a ticking noise when I turn it off, but ultimately the engine is the issue for me. If it was a 2l and more capable on the motorway I wouldn’t even be thinking of changing it.

So time for a change and for someone who is in to cars I can’t figure out what I want. I do a lot of big journeys per year from Scotland down to the likes of Nottingham and Manchester. My weekly drive includes a drive to the office once per week (60 miles each way) and 16 mile round trip to the gym x3 days per week. Once per month I’m in the office for 3 days. Some years I’ll do 30k miles other years 10k.
I have a 6 month old son but we mostly use my wife’s car, I would like to have a car seat in mine when he is a little older and use mine with him.

So I’m considering right now
A new kuga either a hybrid variant or 2l diesel AWD

Or a bmw 330e msport.

Budget is about 18k

I think the sensible option if the kuga but I have an itch for the bmw.
