Hello, I recently bought a house with my wife and want to get some security cameras. I plan to do some wired floodlight cameras and I’ve done some research and understand why people prefer PoE camera systems. My only issue is our roof is flat so getting into the attic to run wires is basically impossible. Because of this I have two questions.

1. in my situation would it be recommended to do wireless cameras like the reolink or tapo cameras due to the easier setup?

2. if I still went with PoE, would it be okay to run cables through the crawl space or along exterior of the house?

If anyone has any advice, recommendations, or ideas I haven’t thought of please let me know.
