I can create an icon for the Quick Access Toolbar, but what I need is a keyboard shortcut.

My three year old Vtoman Jump got to 61% on a recent charge and would go no higher. I tried the recommended fix which was to discharge to 0%. Now it just keeps flashing 1% and Lo.
I’ve tried charging it for long periods with both the AC adapter and with a 12 volt unit (at separate times). Same result: will not charge.
An email to Amazon customer support and one to ‘contact at Vtoman’ produced no useful information or help.
I’m very disappointed with the company at this point.
Any suggestions as to how I bring the unit back to life?
