Anyone know what these stains are on a recently laid patio slabs, not every slabs has them but some do ? They have been down a few months

Hi, on 1 point of my chain, the link pings up as shows in the slow mo video

Not sure why ? And it does do it in every gear ?

Help needed please if anyone has any Idea what is causing this ?
