Why is everything the pharmacy’s fault?

Yesterday while working one of our usual pt’s son came to pick up her Dexcom sensor (at the beginning of my shift), she always gets 2 sensor for 39.99 with insurance but this time it was coming out to 74.99 with the same insurance, I told her son the price and he had even texted her to double check. Well she came 15 minutes before closing through the drive-thru with her usual stank attitude asking why WE “MADE HER PAY SO MUCH” and what I do in this situation is just double check that we used the same insurance and then just ask the pt if their insurance has changed, since everything was the same if just told her that “unfortunately that’s the price that they’re giving us now”. Oh lord, why did I tell her that😂 she started going off saying that that’s incorrect, that her insurance would never charge her that much without informing her first, and that we changed the price. Honestly I wasn’t going to keep listening to her because I had other people in the front that I had to help and I knew she was just going to keep rambling so I asked the floater to re-explain everything to her because she’s the type of pt that doesn’t take a no unless it’s from a pharmacist as if they’d say anything different from what us techs told her. And as always she asked for my name because she was more than likely going to complain this morning. I seriously don’t understand ppl like her because why in the world would I, as a 20 year old, want to change the price of your medication, like what would I gain from that??🙄

Hi everyone, I’m 20 years old and I’ve been struggling with my acne for about 11 years now and I’d like to think that I have my skin “under control” now but I’d still like to see what you guys think about my routine.

For context : I’ve always had very oily skin and real bad body acne. I have gone to a dermatologist recently and she said that I did an amazing good job using benzoyl peroxide and Adapalene (I felt so proud of myself lol)

Morning -
1. Benzoyl Peroxide 10% (literally the only wash that has worked for me)
2. Clindamycin wipes 1%
3. ELF pore toner (I just started using it the other day, it stings more than my clindamycin wipes, is that normal???)
4. Neutrogena sunscreen (my coworker told me it wasn’t good and I personally don’t like the feeling of it in my skin)

Night -
1. Neutragena spot drying lotion (I only use it when I have a pimple, I’m a popper so this helps to stop that)
2. Benzoyl Peroxide 10%
3. Clindamycin wipes 1%
3. Adapalene gel .1% (I use it on my whole face, not as a spot treatment)
4. Hyaluronic Acid 2% (I am thinking of switching back to Niacinamide instead or Salicylic acid)

* I would greatly appreciate some recommendations for a new sunscreen that’s also a moisturizer and some products to help lighten up the dark spots on my back caused by acne, I don’t have a budget
