Struggling plants

I'm fairly new to aquaponics, and I'm still learning.

My plants did very well when I first set up the system, but now they are really struggling. The only plant that's survived is this nasturium, which did well at first but is not shriveling up.

I have about 15 bluegills in a 150 gallon stock tank that feeds the plants. The substrate is clay beads, and it circulates every 24 mins.

Any advice would be very welcomed!

Friends or foe?

Found these little guys on my tomatillo plant. They are tiny, like the size of the head of a pin.

Are the friends or foes?

Volunteer Sunflowers?

These guys grew among my planted zinnias and marigolds. I didn't plant any sunflowers this year, so are these guys volunteers? (probably courtesy of my neighborhood squirrels)

Also, these are right next to my cherry tomatoes, about a foot or so away (~30 cm for the metric folks). I've heard sunflowers are allelopathic, should I remove / transplant them?
