Update regarding the Darshan Seva for locals at Krishna Matha
I had visited Krishna Matha yesterday to get my local darshan card done. They have set up a counter near the old footwear stand opposite Chandramouleeshwara Temple. I’ll attach a picture for reference.
There is a fee of Rs 300, and the registration is valid for 2 years, i.e., until the end of the Shiroor Paryaya. We need to carry our Aadhaar Card, and they capture our face at the counter for facial recognition.
No physical ID card is issued. Entry every time will be through face recognition only. Also, I did not receive any kind of receipt or ID card after the registration. When I visited, the mode of payment accepted was cash only.
